Circle-Hand is a Zettle partner, so all inventory and sales are synchronised in real-time between Zettle POS and Circle-Hand. This allows you to manage your stock in Circle-Hand while selling through Zettle, ensuring everything is fully synchronised.

Step 1: Connect Zettle

  1. In Circle-Hand, go to Settings > Zettle.

  2. Click ‘Connect with Zettle.’

  3. Log in to your Zettle account and confirm.

Step 2 (optional): Import Items from Circle-Hand to Zettle

(You only have to do this 1 time)

  1. In Circle-Hand, go to Settings > Zettle.

  2. Click ‘Export Items for Zettle.’

  3. In your Zettle Dashboard, go to Product Library: https://my.zettle.com/products

  4. Click ‘Import’ and upload the CSV file from Circle-Hand.

Step 3: Synchronizing Product Data

  • When you sell an item through Zettle, it will automatically be marked as sold in Circle-Hand.

  • By default, discounts are shared equally between the store and the consignor. To have the store fully cover a discount, add ‘#store’ in the item’s comment within your Zettle cart when processing the sale.
